§ General
<p>Xeovo is a service provided and developed by Xeovo Oy (3233901-7).
Xeovo Oy is registered in Finland and will henceforth be referred to as "We", "Us", "Our" and "Xeovo".
By registering on this website the user is agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.</p>
§ Payments
<p>All payments are made in advance.
The service will be automatically cancelled if the user doesn't renew his account before expiration date.
After a successful payment the user will be notified by e-mail.</p>
§ Subscriptions
<p>Subscriptions are personal and may not be used by multiple people.
Accounts may be terminated in case they're shared.
Users can, at any point, disable automatic renewal on the user profile page.</p>
§ Refund policy
<p>We offer users a 30-day money-back guarantee if you wish to withdraw from these terms or if you are not satisfied with our service.
The 30-day period starts when your payment is made.
Each account and customer is eligible for the refund offer only once.
We do not offer refunds for cryptocurrency payments.</p>
§ Logging
<p>Xeovo does not log any activity of its users.

§ Privacy policy
<p>Xeovo's Privacy Policy explains the way the Company handles and protects your personal data and privacy in relation to your use of the Service and your browsing of the xeovo.com website.
By agreeing to the present Terms and Conditions and to be able to use the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.</p>
§ Illegal activities
<p>Users may not use Xeovo to commit crimes.
In the case of a crime being committed, Xeovo retains full rights to suspend the account in question without a refund.

§ Responsibility
<p>Xeovo is not to be held responsible for any damages or loss of income caused by using our services.
The main goal of our service is to protect your privacy.
We absolutely do not condone or promote criminal activities of any sort.</p>
<p>Xeovo is not responsible for a non-working service if the User has a non-usable internet connection and/or hardware- or software issues.
Xeovo cannot be held responsible for any loss of service due to external damages or interruptions.</p>
§ Changes
<p>No notification to users is required if only small changes in the agreement is altered.
Xeovo will contact all users by email if dramatic changes are made.

§ Dispute
<p>All disputes that can not be resolved individually between Xeovo and the involved parties will be resolved in Finnish court.</p>
