</p>
<p>You may only make a verifiable consumer request twice within a 12-month period.
Your verifiable consumer request must:</p>

<li>Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or the authorized agent of that person, or you are the parent or guardian of a minor child about whom we have collected personal information, and that any authorized agent is authorized to make the request on your behalf, and</li>
<li>Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it</li>

<p>Frontier Airlines must be able to verify your identity, or if you are an authorized agent, your authority to make a request on behalf of a consumer, to be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal information.

<strong>RESPONSE TO A VERIFIABLE CONSUMER REQUEST</strong>
</p>
<p>Frontier Airlines’ policy is to confirm a request to know or a request to delete within 10 days of its receipt.</p>
<p>Frontier Airlines’ policy is to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt.
If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically.
Any disclosures we provide will cover the 12-month period before Frontier Airlines’ receipt of your request.</p>
<p>If we are unable to comply with all or a part of your request, a notice will be sent to you that explains the reasons we cannot comply with a request. If you disagree with our decision you may choose to exercise your right to appeal that decision by informing us as such.</p>
