<p>Please read: by using the ToodleBit platform and supplied kit, or purchasing services related to ToodleBit, you accept the Terms and Conditions stated below in a legally bin<strong>ding manner.</strong>

<p>This document covers the End User Licence Agreement, payment terms, including late payment fees, as well as delivery and returns policies.</p>

<strong>PAYMENT POLICY</strong>
</p>
<p>Net 10 Days:</p>
<p>Where payment is requested by invoice the full amount is required within 10 working days from invoice date or receipt of goods, if ordered, whichever is later.
Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge.</p>
<p>Title to the ToodleBit software and any goods provided with the order shall remain vested in ToodleBit and shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase price for the Goods has been paid in full and received by ToodleBit.</p>

<p>
<strong>DELIVERY POLICY</strong>
</p>
<p>ToodleBit will endeavor to post any orders within 1-3 days from the date of the initial order unless otherwise requested by the buyer.</p>

<p>
<strong>RETURN POLICY</strong>
</p>
<p>You may return the ToodleBit package, at the buyers expense, and receive a full refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving the kit.
At his point you should no longer log into the online ToodleBit Classroom and delete any ToodleBit content, such as lesson plans and video content.
For a full refund all the kit should be returned in a resalable condition.</p>

<strong>LICENCING TERMS AND CONDITIONS</strong>
</p>
<p>Licenced Versions</p>
<p>You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the LICENSED VERSION, or any subset of the LICENSED VERSION, except as provided for in this agreement.
Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.</p>
<p>Student Licence</p>
<p>The student license is a restricted version of the school license.
The ToodleBit platform may be used by that student with any class that he/she is teaching.
It is not a replacement for a school license and should only be used by the student named on the license.
If other teachers within the school wish to use the ToodleBit platform they should buy a school license.</p>
<p>Beta Licence</p>
<p>ToodleBit Beta Version is free and may be used on any number of computers and teachers within the school that has been asked by ToodleBit to test the product for the agreed period.
This license does not allow the software product to be installed at any other establishment other than the school named on the licence.</p>
<p>Trial Licence</p>
<p>ToodleBit Trial Version is free and may be used on any number of computers and by any numbers of staff within the establishment for the time period agreed with the school.</p>
<p>Company or school site Licence</p>
<p>The school/company is granted a non-exclusive license to use the ToodleBit Platform on an unlimited number of computers and by any number of staff at a single company / school location, for any legal purpose.</p>

<p>ToodleBit reserve the right to modify any content within the online ToodleBit Classroom at any time.
This will normally be edits to lessons following suggestion from schools or updates following any changes to the curriculum.</p>

<strong>ToodleBit</strong>
</p>
<p>The ToodleBit platform includes all content on the online ToodleBit Classroom.</p>
<p>The Kit included all the components within the box provided as part of the sale.</p>

<p>
<strong>COMMON PROVISIONS</strong>
</p>
<p>You may not alter the TOODLEBIT PRODUCT in any way, including its help and text files.</p>
<p>ToodleBit IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
ToodleBit WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS PRODUCT.</p>
<p>Installing and using SOFTWARE PRODUCT denotes the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove SOFTWARE PRODUCT files from your storage devices and cease to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.</p>
