Acorns uses Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather your data from financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant Acorns and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid&nbsp;end user privacy policy. If you choose to apply for an Acorns VisaTM debit card, you understand that such card is issued by Lincoln Savings Bank or nbkc bank and you confirm acceptance of the applicable privacy policy of&nbsp;Lincoln Savings Bank or nbkc bank. &nbsp;Acorns also uses financial institutions to process your ACH funds transfers from your funding source bank account to Acorns for use of the Service.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Gift Recipients and payment processors. If you access Acorns to transfer funds to an Acorns account holder through the Acorns Early Gifting feature, you authorize the sharing of your name, the status of your gift, and the amount of the transfer with the recipient Acorns account holder. Acorns partners with Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to facilitate your gifts. Acorns facilitates such transactions by collecting information from gift contributors necessary to enable the payment processing and submitting it to the processor.
