It is available for NiceHash users. The NiceHash Shop Terms of Service determine the rights and obligations of the customer and NiceHash, and regulate the business relationship between the customer and NiceHash. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, in the case of partial deliveries, the last of the goods. Should you decide to exercise your right to withdrawal from the contract, inform us of your decision via email: shop@nicehash.com or via post: H-BIT, d.o.o., Radvanjska cesta 128, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia and print the return label which is accessible in the order details after the order is shipped. For this purpose you may use the below listed model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.  The items should be returned to the above mentioned address. They must be in a condition appropriate for having been checked normally by customers - the clothes must be more or less the same as if you had tried the items on in a store - and that they must still have the original tags on them. We reserve the right to demand compensation for items returned in poor condition due to additional usage. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund you your payment for the order no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, prvoided that we receive the items within that time. If we do not receive the items within that time, you will be refunded when we receive them. We will carry out such refund using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. You will receive the same amount of Bitcoin as paid for your order. By deciding to withdraw from the contract, you confirm that you are aware that the price of Bitcoin is volatile and that it might have changed significantly from the time the order was placed and the time you decided to exercise your right of withdrawal. Your return shipping costs are borne by yourself.  The deadline is met if you inform us of your decision and send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Shipping costs Our chosen Shipping carrier is United Parcel Service (hereinafter referred to as UPS). We ship to all countries, unless otherwise stated when you select your delivery country and as long as stocks last. Should at any time UPS stop shipping to a certain country, the order will get canceled and your payment will be refunded. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address or you do not accept the package for reasons on your part, the shipping and other applicable costs will be borne by you. Once the package is handed to UPS, the obligation for delivery is transferred from NiceHash to UPS. 3. Delivery time The delivery time depends on the country of delivery. For estimated delivery time please refer to the UPS website. More accurate delivery time is displayed when you receive the tracking code to your email after the order is shipped. 4. Prices and payment method The prices indicated at checkout may or may not include vat or similar applicable taxes, depending on your country of residence. Also, please be aware that additional custom duties may apply. The shipping costs are not included in the item prices, but are displayed at checkout. The prices of items in the NiceHash Shop are displayed in the selected fiat currency and in Bitcoin. Currently the only payment method is Bitcoin and the payment can only be made from you NiceWallet*. The exchange rate of Bitcoin to the fiat currency of your choice is recalculated every 15 minutes. As long as the item is in the cart, it is reserved for 20 minutes and the displayed prices will not change during the time of reservation. Should you add another item to the cart in that period, the exchange rate of Bitcoin to fiat currency of your choice is recalculated as per the rate at the time of adding the last item. After placing the order you will receive payment instructions. The displayed price shall remain valid for 20 minutes. If the payment is made within 20 minutes of placing the order and the payment arrives within 14 days, your order will be fulfilled. If the payment is not made within 20 minutes, the order will be canceled, since non payment is considered as your withdrawal from the contract. You will receive the confirmation of cancellation. *NiceWallet means a wallet created automatically for the Account holder and provided by the NiceWallet provider. Account holder’s requests regarding the NiceWallet transaction are transferred to the NiceWallet provider who executes the requested transactions. 5. Acceptance of orders The NiceHash Shop is free to refuse orders. It is at the NiceHash Shop's sole discretion whether it accepts an order. The NiceHash Shop does not accept any orders from customers who are not yet 18 years old. The contract is concluded when you click the “Place order” button at checkout and receive the order confirmation. You can cancel the placed order by clicking the cancel order button in your order details until the status of the order has changed to shipped. 6. Transport damage You shall notify the UPS delivery company immediately, if items are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or the contents. You shall refuse acceptance and contact NiceHash at once via email shop@nicehash.com, so that NiceHash can maintain any rights against the dispatcher. 7. Material defects NiceHash is liable for material defects of the purchased goods in accordance with legal regulations. A defect shall be deemed material if: <ul> <li> the item does not have the attributes necessary for the customary use of the item;</li> <li>the item does not have the attributes necessary for the special use for which the customer bought it, and this was or should have been known to the seller;</li> <li>the item does not have the attributes and features that were expressly or tacitly agreed upon or prescribed;</li> <li>the seller delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was only shown for information purposes.</li> </ul> You are obliged to inspect the item received in the customary manner or forward it for inspection as soon as possible under the normal course of events, and to notify NiceHash regarding any patent defects within eight days, otherwise the customer shall lose the right deriving from this. The rights arising from the warranty for material defects shall cease six months after the delivery of goods. The customer must exercise the rights arising from the warranty for material defects by stating the order number, his name and postal address with a brief description of the defect. At the request of NiceHash, the customer has to send the defective items for inspection at the costs of NiceHash to the address mentioned in the right to withdrawal section. 8. Liability NiceHash and their respective officers, employees or agents will not be liable to you or anyone else, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, direct, consequential, incidental, special or indirect damages, even if NiceHash has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, including, without limitation, from the use or attempted use of the NiceHash Shop. 9. System abuse If we detect that someone is attempting to abuse the system, meaning consecutively, deliberately attempting to interfere with the operation of the NiceHash Shop, we reserve the right to charge administrative costs for each attempt of abuse. 10. Dispute resolution If a dispute would arise, the territorially court in Slovenia is competent for resolving it.  11.
