The relevant Transurban entity is Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd (ABN 86 010 630 921) if you are in Queensland, CityLink Melbourne Limited (ABN 65 070 810 678) if you are in Victoria or Tollaust Pty Limited (ABN 37 050 538 693) if you are in NSW.
We collect and hold personal information about you in order to provide you with Linkt Rewards offers from STAR CAR WASH CAFE HOLDINGS PTY LTD trading as Star Car Wash (Star Car Wash) and for the purposes otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy at www.linkt.com.au/legal/policies/transurban-privacy-policy.</p>
<p>We may also use your personal information for the purpose of direct marketing (e.g.
receiving exclusive offers, updates about Rewards, promotions, and entry to competitions from Linkt).
You can opt out of receiving direct marketing from us at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in a communication or contacting us or updating your account preferences through the Linkt website.</p>
<p>When you redeem a hand car wash offer through your use of the link provided through the Linkt app or LinktGO app, we will enable you access to a dedicated Star Car Wash webpage where you will receive discounted pricing on hand car wash bookings from Star Car Wash.
We will not disclose your personal information to Star Car Wash.
Star Car Wash will collect information about you directly from you to enable Star Car Wash to offer you (as a Linkt customer) the relevant car wash offer.
When you click through to the Star Car Wash website, Star Car Wash’s privacy practices will apply.
We will collect additional information about you from Star Car Wash in connection with your redemption of the discount offer, which may include the date and time of your booking.
