<p>Here are the terms for <strong>Researchers</strong> who use Prolific to conduct studies</p>

<strong>NOTE: Prolific has updated its T&Cs for Researchers and Participants. .
The main change is around the ability to request audio, image and video data in studies. .
The Participants' Privacy Notice has also been updated to reflect this addition. .
So, if you are an existing researcher as at 6th July 2023 then the current Researcher T&Cs will continue to apply to all your studies launched before 6th August 2023.
For studies launched (i) from 6th August 2023 by existing Researchers and (ii) for studies launched from 7th July by newly registered Researchers, the new T&Cs will apply. .
The amended Participant Privacy Notice will also apply immediately</strong>.</p>
