<p>We provide every customer with a refund, return, and/or exchange policy on everything we sell.
If for any reason you have an issue with your order, please give us a call.

RETURN OF ORDERS
<p>Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders placed at SD Bullion.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have within 3 business days after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team via telephone at (800) 294-8732 or email at sales@sdbullion.com.</p>
<p>If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to send an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available.
The items must be returned as they were sent to you—in the original packaging and original condition.
Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange.
We will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you.
The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the <strong>sole discretion of SD Bullion</strong>.</p>
<p>Returned products (excluding the SD24K line of products) are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $35, whichever is higher.
Returned products from the SD24K jewelry line are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All returned items could also be subject to market loss based on SD Bullion’s sole discretion.</p>
