本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」という）は、お客様がZIGZAGAME（ジグザゲーム）株式会社（以下「当社」という）のウェブサイト、ゲームアプリケーション、モバイルアプリケーションおよびその他オンライン製品およびサービス（以下「本サービス」と総称する）を使用する場合、またはお客様が当社と何らかのコミュニケーションをとる場合において、お客様に関する情報を当社によって取得、使用および第三者へ開示される条件を説明するものです。なお、当社は、EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) との適用関係において、お客様の個人情報に関する「データ管理者」（Data Controller）に該当します。</p>

お客様が当社に提供する情報<br>
当社は、お客様の本サービスへのアクセスまたは使用により、お客様が当社に直接提供する情報を取得します。例えば、アカウントの作成時、他のユーザーとのやり取り時、カスタマーサポートの依頼、ニュースレター配信へのサインアップ登録、アンケートへの参加、その他当社と何らかのコミュニケーションなどを行う場合に、当社はお客様の個人情報を取得します。当社が取得する情報の種類には、お客様のユーザー名、パスワード、電子メールアドレス及びお客様が自らの裁量により提供されたその他の情報が含まれます。<br>
本サービスの使用時に当社が自動的に取得する情報<br>
お客様が本サービスにアクセスまたは使用する場合、お客様が当社に直接提供する情報に加えて、当社は、以下を含むお客様に関するその他の一定の情報を自動的に取得します。<br>
サービス使用情報：当社は、お客様が本サービスを使用することについて、ゲームサービスＩＤ、クリアレベル、ゲームスコア、本サービスのプレイ時間、その他ゲームプレイ情報を含む情報を取得します。<br>
ログ情報：当社では、本サービスのご利用状況について、ご利用のブラウザの種類と言語、アクセス時間、表示されるページ、お客様のＩＰアドレス、およびお客様が本サービスに移動する直前に訪問されたウェブサイトなどの情報を記録します。<br>
ハードウェア情報：当社は、お客様が本サービスにアクセスするために使用するコンピュータまたはデバイスに関する情報を収集します。これには、ハードウェアモデル、オペレーティングシステムおよびバージョン、ブラウザモバイルネットワーク情報、デバイスにインストールされている他の当社モバイルアプリケーションのリスト、ＭＡＣアドレス、ＩＰアドレス、国際モバイル機器識別番号（ＩＭＥＩ）、およびお客様のデバイスのオペレーティングシステムが提供する他の固有のデバイス識別子が含まれます。<br>
所在地情報：当社は、お客様がiOSまたはAndroidプラットフォームで提供されている本サービスを使用するたびに、お客様のデバイスの地理的位置に関する情報を、お客様のデバイス上の設定により当該地理的位置情報の収集が可能となる範囲内で取得することがあります。お客様は、デバイスの設定を変更することにより、このような地理的位置情報の収集からオプトアウトすることができます。なお、お客様よりお預かりする所在地情報は、本サービスに定められた期間中保存されます。<br>
クッキーおよび他の追跡技術によって収集された情報：当社は、お客様の本サービスに関する利用体験にかかる情報を取得するために様々な技術を使用しており、これにはお客様のコンピュータまたはデバイスにクッキーを送信することが含まれる場合があります。「クッキー」とは、お客様のコンピュータハードドライブまたはデバイスメモリに保存された小さなデータファイルであり、本サービスおよびお客様の体験を向上させるとともに、本サービスのどの領域および特徴が当社のユーザーにとって人気があるのか、訪問数がどれくらいあるのか、などを当社が確認することを可能にします。<br>
他の情報源から取得した情報<br>
当社はまた、本サービスを遂行するために必要な限り、他の第三者情報源から情報を取得することができ、またそれらを本サービスを通じて取得する情報（直接お客様から提供されるかまたはお客様の使用もしくはアクセスを通じて自動的取得される情報を含みます）に組み合わせることがあります。例えば、ゲームランキングおよびトロフィー状況を、お客様のコンソールまたはモバイルオペレーティングシステムのゲームセンターアプリケーションから取得することがあります。また、お客様が本サービスに関連するアプリケーション内のアイテム等の購入を完了した場合、お客様に代わってアプリケーション内の購入を処理するデバイスオペレーティングシステムのプロバイダから、お客様に関する情報を取得することがあります。ただし、当社は、これらのオペレーティングシステムのプロバイダから、お客様の支払方法に関する情報を受領していないことにご留意ください。それ以外の場合には、お客様の個人情報を第三者から取得、保管および使用する際、当社はその権限の付与をお客様にお願いします。</p>

当社は、お客様が同意した場合、または（i）当社との契約の履行のため、（ii）当社の法的義務を遵守するため、または（iii）当社のグローバル事業の運営、評価および改善を含む当社の正当な利益（legitimate interest）のために必要な範囲においてのみ、お客様の情報を取得、保管および使用します。当社は、当社の正当な事業利益とお客様が保有するデータ保護権との間で慎重に均衡を維持します。ただし、かかる均衡の維持についてご不明な点がございましたら、下記の「XII.

第三者との情報の共有<br>

他者が提供する広告・分析業務<br>
当社は、他の第三者に対して、当社に代わって分析サービスを提供すること、および本サービス内で広告を提供することを許可する場合があります。これらの第三者は、ＩＰアドレス、デバイスＩＤ、本サービス内のページに費やされた時間、本サービス内でクリックされたリンクなど、お客様のデバイスおよび本サービスの使用に関する情報を自動的に取得するために、技術を使用することがあります。これらの情報は、当社およびその他の者が、とりわけ、本サービスの機能を維持、改善および分析し、お客様が関心を持つ可能性のある文脈またはターゲット広告を配信するために使用することがあります。なお、これらの第三者によるお客様の情報の使用は、当該第三者のプライバシーポリシーにより管理されており、当社は、当該第三者のプライバシー設定を管理せず、または責任を負いません。<br>
本サービスの一部は、お客様の事前の同意を得たうえで、ゲームプレイおよび分析情報を他の当社ゲーム、当社グループ会社のゲームおよびその他の第三者情報源から収集した情報と組み合わせて、ゲームプレイおよび課金傾向を分析し、プレイヤーのカテゴリーのプロファイルを作成し、新しいゲームおよびサービスを作成し、その他の分析を行います。また、ゲームを通じて収集した情報を、ゲーム以外の広告にも活用しています。これらには、お客様の情報と当社の広告パートナーからの情報とを組み合わせてプレイヤーのタイプのプロファイルを作成し、当該プロファイルを当社の広告代理店および広告プラットフォームに提供することにより、お客様に対して当社（および当社グループ会社）のゲームおよびサービスのターゲット広告を当社ゲーム以外の場面において提供すること、また、お客様に広告分析およびパフォーマンス測定基準を実施することが含まれます。</p>

シェア機能<br>
本サービスは、いわゆる「シェア機能」または他のツールを提供することにより、お客様がその行動を他者と共有したり、本サービスをソーシャルメディアと結びつけたりすることができます。このような機能を使用することにより、お客様は、自らのソーシャルメディアプラットフォームで設定したプライバシー設定の内容に応じて、友人や一般の人々と情報を共有することができます。ソーシャルシェアリング機能に関連するデータ取得および処理の利用目的および範囲に関する詳細については、各ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームのプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。当社は、当該ソーシャルメディアプラットフォームのプライバシー設定を管理せず、または責任を負いません。</p>

セキュリティ対策<br>
当社は、お客様に関する情報を紛失、盗難、誤用および不正アクセス、開示、改ざんおよび破壊から保護することを支援するために、合理的な技術的および組織的措置を講じています。しかし、インターネット上でのデータ転送の安全性を完全に保証することは適いませんため、当社は、インターネット経由で当社へ転送される個人情報のセキュリティの完全性を保証することはできません。</p>

データの保存・削除<br>
本サービスを通じて取得された個人情報は、本ポリシーおよび適用法令に基づくプライバシー要件に従って保存・削除されています。上記の目的のために必要でなくなった場合、法律によりさらなる保存が要求されない限り、すべてのデータは、識別解除または削除されます。当社のデータ保存方法に関してご不明な点がございましたら、下記の連絡先詳細をご利用の上、当社までお問い合わせください。</p>

海外へのデータ移転<br>
当社は日本に拠点を置いており、当社がお客様から取得した個人情報は、通常、日本国内へ移送、保管、および処理されます。従って、お客様の居住国に適用される法令と同程度の個人情報保護体制が整備されていない可能性のある地域（日本を含みます）に、お客様の個人情報が移転される可能性があることを、予めご承知おきください。なお、お客様の個人情報の取得、保管および使用は、引き続き本ポリシーに準拠して行われるものですが、当社がお客様の個人情報を海外に所在する第三者に開示する場合、当社は、当該個人情報が本ポリシーに従って引き続き使用されるよう、具体的状況に応じて合理的な措置を講じます。</p>

プッシュ通知/アラート<br>
当社は、お客様のデバイスにプッシュ通知またはアラートを送信する場合があります。お客様は、デバイスの通知設定を変更することにより、いつでもこれらの通知等を無効にすることができます。当社は、お客様が事前にそのデバイス上の通知設定を受信にし、オプトインが完了した場合においてのみ、プロモーション内容を含むプッシュ通知またはアラートを送信します。</p>

games, games from our group companies, and other third party sources to analyze game and monetization trends, create profiles of categories of players, create new games and services, and perform other analytics.
We also use certain information collected through our games for advertisement targeting outside of the game.
This includes creating profiles of types of players by combining your data with information from our advertising partners, providing the data to our ad agencies and ad platforms to target advertisements of our (and our group company) games and services to you outside of this game, and otherwise performing advertising analytics and performance metrics.<br>
