Contact Data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
We have entered into Standard Contractual Clauses with AWS to ensure we comply with the GDPR rules on international transfers.
We have also included Standard Contractual Clauses in our End User License Agreement to cover the transfer of personal data from end users in the EU to AWS based in the United States.
This complies with data protection requirements and GDPR legislation when transferring data outside of the EU.

<p>“Do Not Track” Requests</p>
<p>Currently the Texthelp website does not respond to “Do Not Track” requests.
This is currently under review.

<p>PCI DSS Compliance</p>
<p>While we may process your Credit Card Transaction we never store credit card Numbers, Expiry Dates or Security Codes.
We will store the Transaction ID returned to us by Stripe ™ who are our Credit Card Processor.
We are PCI DSS Compliant.
