UK Delivery
<p>Magazines are posted first class by Royal Mail.
However, we have no control over delivery times.
If your magazine has not arrived within 5 days after posting, you can request a replacement by contacting subs@private-eye.co.uk</p>
<p>These timings may vary during strike periods.</p>
<p>Any claims relating to non-delivery must be made within 10 days of publication.</p>

Refund Policy
<p>Subscriptions with a free gift are non-refundable.
Other subscriptions, unless otherwise stated on the offer page, can be cancelled at any time during the first 4 weeks of the first term and a refund for un-mailed issues will be made to the payer.</p>

Free Gifts with Subscription
<p>Free Christmas Cards are only available to NEW UK SUBSCRIBERS.
The minimum subscription term is 26 issues and is non-refundable. Your cards will be despatched once payment has been received.
Please allow 28 days for delivery. .
If you are buying a subscription as a gift, the cards will be sent to the purchaser. .
All free gifts are subject to stock availability.

EU Customers
<p>From the 1st July 2021, Customers who have their magazine delivered to the EU, will have VAT at their local country rate included within the gross purchase price.
The EU local rate VAT will be collected and paid over to the EU tax authorities by Pressdram Limited on the customers behalf under the ‘Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.
