Return Policy <p>SymmetryElectronics.com accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms outlined below and will replace the product or refund your money at your option.</p>

<p>Contact a Sales Representative at (310) 643-3470 or email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning product.</p>

<p>Claims for defective merchandise must include a test report showing the defect or a detailed description of the defect.</p>

<p>All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.</p>

<p>Defective merchandise claims are subject to manufacturer testing.
