Fees and Payments <p> You may purchase digital downloads from the catalogue of tracks that Routenote holds on the Site (“Transaction(s)”).
You warrant that if you enter into a Transaction, you shall be able to make full and immediate payment for the requested products or services.
There are distance selling regulations that apply to downloads of music from this Site but the supply of digital downloads is the supply of service and although you have a cooling off period of 7 days after you have ordered the Track as soon as you have requested that Routenote provide the Service (i.e.
commence the download) then you do not have any further rights to cancel.

Disclaimer <p> You agree that your use of the Site is on an 'as available' basis.
Except as otherwise expressly required by applicable law, Routenote makes no representations, warranties, conditions or other terms (whether express or implied) in relation to the provision of the Site, including without limitation as to completeness, accuracy and currency or any content on the Site, or as to satisfactory quality, or fitness for particular purpose.

<br> RouteNote may terminate the Term for any reason, including but not limited to if we reasonably believe that you or any of your Recordings or other content have violated this Agreement or the terms and conditions of any Digital Store, that you or your Recordings infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, if we are told by any Digital Store or reasonably believe that Digital Stores will not accept your Recordings or other content specifically or categorically, or that you are otherwise abusing our Service or any Digital Store or engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity.
