We have put in place appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage of your personal data. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. We use SMS (text messaging) a lot. We think it’s the best and most private way to keep you up to date with the progress of your order with us, whether it’s for STI testing, contraception or support and advice. We transfer personal data from the UK to the EEA, which the UK government has recognised as adequate for the purposes of the UK implementation of the GDPR.
