ompany(includingitssoftware,developmentfortheProject).Tokenswillhavenointrinsicvalue;,f.riskoftheftandattacks:thePurchaserunderstandsandacceptsthattheunderlyingsoftware,applicationandsoftwareProjectofTokens(including,iflaunched,theProject),theinternet,any,blockchainnetwork,thePurchaser,andotherinvolvedsoftware,technologycomponents,,decentralizedapplicationsand/orProjectsconcernedwithTokensmaybeexposedtoattacksby,hackersorotherindividualsthatcouldresultintheftorlossoftheTokensandthePurchaser’sentire,purchaseprice;,g.riskofblockchainminingattacks:thePurchaserunderstandsandacceptsthat,aswithotherpublic,blockchainbasedsystemsthatdependuponindependentminers,theProjectmaybesusceptibleto,miningattacksincludingbutnotlimitedtodouble-spendattacks,majorityminingpowerattacks,,“selfish-mining”attacks,andraceconditionattacksplusanynumberofas-yetunknownattack,vectorsontheuniquetechnologiesandmechanismsoftheProject.Anysuccessfulattackspresent,arisktotheProject,expectedproperexecutionandsequencingofTokentransactions,and,expectedproperexecutionandsequencingofsoftwarecomputations;,h.riskofmarketdecline:thegrowthoftheblockchainindustryingeneralissubjecttoahighdegreeof,uncertainty;,i.volatilityrisks:thepricesofblockchainassetssuchasBitcoinandEthereumhavehistoricallybeen,subjecttodramaticfluctuationsandarehighlyvolatile,andthemarketpriceoftheTokensmayalso,behighlyvolatile.Inaddition,adecreaseinthepriceofasingleblockchainassetmaycause,volatilityintheentireblockchainassetindustryandmayaffectotherblockchainassetsincludingthe,Tokens;,j.riskofthirdpartydevelopment:theProjectisopen-sourced.Asanopensourceprotocol,itwillnot,bemaintainedormonitoredbyanofficialorganizationorauthority,anditmaybedifficultforthecore,developerstomaintainordeveloptheprotocol,andthe C ompanyisneitherresponsiblenorhas,adequateresourcestoarrangethatissuesormaliciousprogramsareaddressedadequatelyorina,timelymanner.Thirdpartydevelopersnotaffiliatedwiththe C ompanyforthesaleoftheTokensduringthe,OfferingPeriodunderthelawsofSwitzerland.Purchaserissolelyresponsiblefordeterminingwhat,ifany,,taxesapplytoyourpurchaseoftheTokens,including,forexample,sales,use,valueadded,andsimilar,taxes.ItisalsoPurchaser’ssoleresponsibilitytowithhold,collect,reportandremitthecorrecttaxestothe,appropriatetaxauthorities.The ),asamendedfromtimetotime.,AnydisputearisingoutoforrelatingtotheseTermsandthepurchaseofTokens,includingdisputesonits,conclusion,bindingeffect,amendmentandtermination,shallberesolvedbytheordinarycourtsinZug,,Switzerland.
