<p> These Terms of Service ("ToS") are a legal agreement between Eggactyl ("Our", "We", "Eggactyl", "Us") and you ("Client", "Customer", "You", "Your").
By using our services, you agree i) you are over the age of 13.
ii) You have read, understood, and are bound by our ToS.
</p> Blacklists
<p>We reserve the right to blacklist your IP address(es) from using our product if you violate any of our policies.<br>If you are a hosting provider, you must:<br>
</p>
<ul>
<li>Have valid legal documents which include a Terms of Service, and a Privacy Policy.</li>
</ul> and, you must NOT:<br>
<ul>
<li>Overallocate resources by a lot;</li>
<li>Allow people under the age of 13 to use your hosting;</li>
<li>Use a domain from "Freenom" and/or "Dot.tk";</li>
<li>Have more than 1 dataloss in the past 3 months;</li>
<li>Fake company registration.</li>
</ul>

</p> Change in policies
<p>We reserve the right to modify our policies.
In case, a policy is modified, all users will be informed in our discord server and you will be given one day before we enforce our new policy.</p> Reselling
<p>In no way are you allowed to resell our product or claim that our product is made by you.</p> Refunds
<p>You are eligible for a refund if you have purchased our product within the last 48 hours.</p> Maintenance
<p>We reserve the right to do maintenance, we will make sure to inform all users about any maintenance one day prior.
