Certificate of Conformance, and any other documents/trace when applicable.
ORDER CANCELLATION / RMA POLICY: Any order placed with and accepted by AeroBase Group, Inc.
can only be returned with prior written consent and at the sole discretion of AeroBase Group within (7) days of receiving goods.
(ALL UNAPPROVED returns will be refused).
<strong> The item(s) you are returning must be in the original box, along with all original paperwork.</strong> All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If an item was special ordered, overhauled, or serviced for you, the return is subject to the manufacture or shops willing to accept the material back.
If the manufacture or shop levies a restocking or handling cost, this amount will be deducted from your credit above our 25% restocking fee.
DELIVERY: Any order placed after 2:00 PM EST (In Stock Items), may not ship until the next business day.
Delivery dates for NON-STOCK items are estimates based on current backlog and are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
<strong>Items are subject to prior sale and FOB is Melbourne, Florida.</strong> LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In all circumstances AeroBase Group’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the items sold.
AeroBase Group will not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit.

shall not be liable for third party claims for damage against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption or service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not AeroBase Group, Inc.

EXPORT: Any part(s) quoted or sold by AeroBase Group, Inc.
and re-sold (to a third party) CANNOT be sold to a USA embargoed country, company, entity, or person(s).
Depending on the ECCN, these commodities may require export license or exception.
Diversion contrary to U.S.
law is prohibited.
Unless otherwise noted, this sale, order or quote may include Munitions List Items (MLI) or Commerce Controlled List Items (CCLI).
MLI/CCLI property is controlled by the US Government and in many cases cannot be transferred (exported, sold or given) to a foreign country, a non-US Citizen/National or a non- Permanent US Resident without a valid State/Commerce Department export authorization.
