When you use the Altria Corporate Websites, you agree to the terms and conditions that follow. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should immediately cease use of the Altria Corporate Websites. Company Structure Altria Group, Inc., is the parent company of Altria Client Services LLC, Philip Morris USA Inc., U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company LLC, John Middleton Co., Helix Innovations LLC and Philip Morris Capital Corporation, each of which operates separate businesses.
